Statement Of Faith
This Ministry shall be governed by the commandments of Jesus Christ, in the Holy Word, recorded by the Apostles of Jesus Christ.
We do not believe in the Pagan Trinity of the Roman Catholic Church adopted though the doctrine of the Kabbalah of Antichrist Judaism.
We believe that we are the members of the one body of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, which is the Kingdom of God here on earth.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the head of his one body, which is the Son of God.
(1 Cor 12:12 KJV) For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. (1 Cor 12:13 KJV) For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. (1 Cor 12:14 KJV) For the body is not one member, but many.
We believe that the Kingdom of God has come and that it will destroy the Kingdoms of this world. I believe that the Kingdom of God is within us and that it came on the day of Pentecost.
(Luke 17:21 KJV) Neither
shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the
kingdom of God is within you.
We believe: "No creed but Christ, No law but love, No book but the HOLY
WORD, No carnal membership but Christ spiritual fellowship."
Baptism shall be carried out according to:
The gift of the Holy Ghost is the infilling of the Holy Ghost (ONE
SPIRIT OF GOD) by the baptism of fire.
We believe that all of the signs shall follow them that believe (THE CHURCH). Not
just one or two signs, but ALL OF THE SIGNS.
(Mark 16:17 KJV) And these SIGNS shall follow
them that believe; In my name shall they cast out
devils; they shall speak with new tongues; (Mark 16:18 KJV) They shall take up serpents; and
if they drink
any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall
recover.
Every individual sign will not follow each and every individual believer. All signs
have followed the We know that all signs, can be, and will be done by the false church and the Antichrist. This
makes it impossible for any sign to be the evidence of the Holy Ghost.
(2 Th 2:9 KJV) Even him, whose coming
is after the working of Satan with ALL POWER AND SIGNS AND LYING WONDERS.
We believe that the evidence (PROOF) of the Holy Ghost
is shown by BEARING THE FRUIT
OF THE SPIRIT.
Jesus said:
(Matthew 7:20) Wherefore by THEIR FRUITS YE SHALL KNOW THEM.
These fruits are:
(Galatians 5:22) But the fruit of the
Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, (Galatians 5:23) Meekness,
temperance: against such there is no law. (Galatians 5:24) And they that are Christ's have
crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. (Galatians 5:25) If we live in the Spirit, let us
also walk in the Spirit.
We know that initial signs can happen when you are filled with the Holy Ghost. These
initial
signs were usually prophesy and tongues. Prophecy is the most important sign and gift. Jesus, the prophets, and
the Apostles have laid the foundation of the church upon prophecy. Now the church
is being built and finished
upon this same true word of prophecy.
(Luke 1:41 KJV) And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the
salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST: (Luke 1:42 KJV)
And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed
is the fruit of thy
womb.
Elizabeth prophesied to Mary and to all that heard her.
(Luke 1:67 KJV)
And his father Zacharias was FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST, and PROPHESIED, saying.
They prophesied through
other tongues on the day of Pentecost.
(Acts 2:6 KJV) Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came
together, and were confounded, because that EVERY MAN HEARD THEM SPEAK IN HIS OWN LANGUAGE. (Acts 19:6
KJV) And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost CAME ON THEM; and they spake with
TONGUES, AND PROPHESIED.
It is a fact that on the day of Pentecost they prophesied to the house of
Israel in OTHER TONGUES. Peter confirms that it was THE PROPHESY that was prophesied by the
prophet Joel.
(Acts 2:16 KJV) But THIS IS THAT which WAS SPOKEN by THE PROPHET JOEL; (Acts 2:17 KJV) And
it
shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will POUR OUT OF MY SPIRIT UPON ALL FLESH: and your sons
and your daughters SHALL PROPHESY, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.
This prophesy was spoken in other tongues to fulfill the prophecy of the prophet
Isaiah.
(Isa 28:11 KJV) For with
STAMMERING LIPS and ANOTHER TONGUE WILL HE SPEAK TO THIS PEOPLE. This prophesy was spoken
strictly
to the house of Israel.
Calling of Israel out of every nation (Acts 2:5 KJV) And there were dwelling at Jerusalem JEWS, DEVOUT MEN, out of
EVERY NATION under heaven.
This is when the prophesy was fulfilled that God would call Israel back to
Israel out of every Nations. The nation called together beginning in 1948 is
cursed by God as an antichrist nation. We know that when it says the Holy Ghost came upon them and that they were filled with
the Holy Ghost, it means the very same thing. Joel said; "that God would POUR HIS SPIRIT UPON ALL FLESH.
Jesus
said:
(Acts 1:8 KJV) But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost
is COME UPON YOU: and ye shall be
witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the
earth.
Forget tradition and receive the word and what Jesus preached. Peter confirmed
it was
the same when he stated, " this is that which was prophesied by
the Prophet Joel." The Holy Ghost came upon them and they were filled with the Holy Ghost on the day of Pentecost
and spoke in tongues and prophesied.
I believe all of the Spiritual gifts should be working in the church today.
They
are:
(I Corinthians 12:8) For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the
word of knowledge by the same Spirit; (I Corinthians 12:9) To another faith by the same
Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; (I Corinthians 12:10) To another the
working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another [divers]
kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: (I Corinthians 12:28) And God
hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that
miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
I believe all that are accountable (MENTALLY) must repent, be baptized and receive the
Holy Ghost in order to be saved.
Thunder Ministries shall appoint deacons who are qualified according to:
(I Timothy 3:8)
Likewise [must] the deacons [be] grave, not double tongued, not given to much wine, not
greedy of filthy lucre; (I Timothy 3:9) Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.
(I Timothy 3:10) And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon,
being [found] blameless. (I Timothy 3:11) Even so [must their] wives [be] grave, not
slanderers, sober, faithful in all things. (I Timothy 3:12) Let the deacons be the husbands of
one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well. (I Timothy 3:13) For they that have
used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree, and great boldness
in
the faith which is in Christ Jesus.
No one shall hold any office or be appointed a church
musician: that is addicted to the drug of tobacco, uses un - prescribed
drugs for pleasure, or does not qualify
according to:
(I Timothy 3:1) This [is] a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he
desires a good work. (I Timothy 3:2) A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one
wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach; (I Timothy 3:3) Not
given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous. Anyone that has fault against their brother or sister or knows their brother or sister has a fault
against them, are to go to that brother or sister. If they will not listen, they are to take witnesses.
If they
still won't listen, they are to be brought before the church according to:
(Matthew 18:15) against
thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast
gained thy brother, if he will not hear [thee, then] take with thee one or two more, that
in the
mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. Matthew 18:17) the church:
but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.
Thunder Ministries shall appoint bishops, pastors and evangelists only qualified by the HOLY WORD,
and that are Holy Ghost filled with the evidence of bearing the fruit of the Spirit. You must
be known among the brethren and have an excellent report.
We do not ordain women. There is no record, IN THE WORD, that any woman ever held
the office of a bishop. There must be recorded scripture for us to follow. If there
is
no recorded record we will not act upon our own feelings.
We believe women have a right to minister, preach, witness, prophesy, and assist
men in the work of the Lord. I believe
tithes are of the order of the everlasting Priesthood of Jesus Christ. Tithing
is of faith taught by the order of Melchizedek. Melchizedek received tithes in
his Priesthood and this same order is an everlasting order. Through tithing God
made a way for his ministers to live. Anyone that does not believe in tithing
does not believe in the everlasting order of the Priesthood taught by the order
of Melchizedek. (1 Cor 9:14 KJV) Even so hath the Lord
I believe that the saints of God are the seed of faith not money.
