Another error that has crept into the faith of the oneness believers through false teachings is that the church began at Pentecost. All of the denominations that I know of teach this Theology. The teachings of the traditions of men are very hard to overcome. Theology of man has been passed from generation unto generation and there is much false doctrine among the brethren.

There is only one work of God not two works of God. Also we must remember that there has always only been one seed of God. This seed of God, which is the seed of faith or righteous seed started in the Book of Genesis.

(Heb 11:4 KJV) By FAITH ABEL offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.

(Heb 11:5 KJV) By FAITH ENOCH was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

Replacement Theology believers preach that the church started on the day of Pentecost. They preach that there is another Israel that replaces Israel. They do not preach that the gentiles are grafted into the one seed of faith but that we replace them as a different seed. They preach that the gentile church becomes the spiritual Jews, which replaces the Jewish church or assembly that was in the wilderness.

Their main claim as to why the church could not have started before Pentecost is as follows: Since Messiah had not been born and did not exist in the flesh in the days of the prophets they did not know him.

This is a quote from an email that I received from a believer of Replacement Theology. The only change made to this man's statement was that I corrected some misspelled words.

“Replacement Theologian stated:

When you quoted John 8:56 it was not in context. You were trying to prove that Messiah existed prior to the incarnation. Jesus did not exist as Messiah prior to the incarnation. He was, and even as Messiah, is God the Father.”

My statement is:

This man is saying that God the father did not exist before Abraham. Christ and God are one and the same and existed from the beginning.

Did Messiah exist prior to the incarnation? Jesus addressed this same problem of misunderstanding with the Pharisees when he quoted: (John 8:58 KJV) Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before ABRAHAM WAS, I AM.

(John 8:56 KJV) Your father Abraham REJOICED TO SEE MY DAY: and HE SAW IT, and WAS GLAD.

Jesus plainly stated that Abraham saw his day and rejoiced in it. I do not believe that I am taking these verses out of context. These sayings by Jesus plainly state that Abraham knew him and that Abraham did see Messiah in his day. Plainly stated Christ existed before Abraham.

These verses are just the beginning of the revelation that Messiah existed before incarnation. We will prove that the prophets of old were filled with the spirit of Christ or the spirit of Messiah. (1 Pet 1:11 KJV) Searching what, or what manner of time the SPIRIT OF CHRIST WHICH WAS IN THEM did signify, when IT TESTIFIED BEFOREHAND THE SUFFERINGS OF CHRIST, and the glory that should follow. I believe that it is impossible to be filled with the Holy Ghost, spirit of Christ, or the spirit of the Messiah and not know whom he is.

The very next verse states that the same things that were revealed unto the Apostles had been revealed unto the prophets. This verse explains that the prophets understood these revelations first. (1 Pet 1:12 KJV) Unto WHOM IT WAS REVEALED, that NOT UNTO THEMSELVES, but UNTO US THEY DID MINISTER THE THINGS, WHICH ARE NOW REPORTED UNTO YOU BY THEM that have preached the GOSPEL UNTO YOU WITH THE HOLY GHOST sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.

This verse plainly states that the gospel of Messiah is the same gospel that the prophets of old preached. Peter is saying that the prophets that had the Holy Ghost in the church in the wilderness are preaching this same gospel.

There are still more verses to prove that Christ existed before the incarnation. Christ existed in spirit as God. God is the same spirit of Christ not another spirit. The ones that knew the way of God in the Old Testament knew the ways of Christ or God in the New Testament.

Lets us study these verses in the book of Acts and reveal their content.

(Acts 7:37 KJV) This is that Moses, which SAID UNTO THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL, A PROPHET shall the Lord your God RAISE UP UNTO YOU of your brethren, like UNTO ME; HIM SHALL YE HEAR.

This verse is plainly telling everyone that the prophet that will be raised up is Jesus Christ and that true Israel will hear him. The very next verse tells us, HE OR CHRIST was in this church that was in the wilderness.

(Acts 7:38 KJV) This is HE, that WAS IN THE CHURCH IN THE WILDERNESS with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us: I was told that this verse does not say that the church was in the wilderness. To show you that it was Christ that was in the church we have further proof through scripture.

(1 Cor 10:1 KJV) Moreover, brethren, I WOULD NOT THAT YOU YE SHOULD BE IGNORANT, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;

Paul wants to reveal knowledge even unto us so that we also will not be ignorant. We will find out again that these prophets of old had the Holy Ghost by drinking of the same spirit and they did eat the flesh of Messiah Jesus.

(1 Cor 10:2 KJV) And WERE ALL BAPTIZED UNTO MOSES IN THE CLOUD and IN THE SEA. All of the children of faith will be baptized in water.

(1 Cor 10:3 KJV) And DID ALL EAT THE SAME SPIRITUAL MEAT. This SPIRITUAL MEAT is the same flesh of Jesus Messiah that we eat.

(1 Cor 10:4 KJV) And DID ALL DRINK THE SAME SPIRITUAL DRINK: for they DRANK OF THE SPIRITUAL ROCK that FOLLOWED THEM: and that ROCK WAS CHRIST. I pray that all blindness be lifted. It is so plain that since they drank of the Holy Ghost it was in them. They drank the spirit of Christ and it was Messiah that was with them in the church that was in the wilderness.

The corner stone was laid in the beginning and it is Jesus Messiah that is the first of many brethren. Jesus Christ is the head of the church. The church began with Christ, which was God in the spirit. (Col 1:18 KJV) And HE IS THE HEAD OF THE BODY, the CHURCH: WHO IS THE BEGINNING, the FIRSTBORN FROM THE DEAD; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

The head is the first part of the body that comes out of the womb. How could Christ, spirit of God or Messiah not exist before incarnation. (Rev 1:11 KJV) Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the FIRST AND THE LAST: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

Here is another quote from the Replacement Theologians: Again I made some spelling corrections.

"Replacement Theologian stated,

We properly and systematically dismantled your thesis that the Church existed prior to Pentecost, and you were adamant at trying to prove otherwise. (Ephesians 2:20) has your theory pegged down. You weren't able to get past the fact that it takes the elements of the prophets, and apostles, and Jesus Christ to make the church. You did not apply that fact. You made statements that because there were prophets in the Old Testament, therefore there was a foundation for a church, and there can't be and couldn't be because the Apostles and Messiah hadn't laid the foundation yet.

(Eph 2:20 KJV) And are built upon the foundation of the APOSTLES and PROPHETS, JESUS CHRIST himself being the CHIEF CORNER STONE.

My statement is:

A cornerstone joins together two walls. Jesus Christ by coming in the flesh joined together the children of faith. These children of faith were the prophets and the apostles. The first part of the foundation, which had Christ in them or the spirit of God, was the prophets. This part of the foundation was joined with the second part of the foundation, which were the apostles. Remember a building starts being built when the foundation is started.

Christ was in all of the foundation not just part of it. If the Holy Ghost had not been in all of the foundation then that part would have been weak. Christ or the Holy Ghost was in the church in the wilderness.

If I state that the Old Testament is the Word of God then I have stated that it is Christ, the word. In the beginning this word existed and then it became flesh. This word was made flesh, is flesh and still is becoming the flesh and the body of Jesus Christ.

All that the Apostles had as the word of God was the Old Testament, which was a foundation for them to build upon. (1 Cor 3:11 KJV) For other foundation CAN NO MAN LAY than THAT IS LAID, which is JESUS CHRIST. Only a reprobate would deny that the Old Testament, the word, Christ, was part of the foundation.

If you remove any part of the foundation you cannot build upon it. The building starts when the foundation begins. I want everyone to know that Jesus Christ was the stone that existed first from the beginning. The prophets were placed into their place and the Apostles were added in their place. Although Christ existed as God, in spirit from the beginning he was not incarnated until born of the Virgin Mary.

Although Christ as God existed from the beginning he became flesh in the middle. Even though the man Christ died he exist again in the New Covenant Church as he did in spirit in the Old Covenant Church.

Jesus Christ is the beginning, the middle of the church, and the end. This is simply explained in this verse. (Rev 1:4 KJV) John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from HIM WHICH IS, and WHICH WAS, and WHICH IS TO COME; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne.

One thing that is hindering the truth is the fact that most leaders are either in denominations or have come out of the denominations. These come from backgrounds that carry a lot of FALSE TRADITIONS. Thank God! The seed of faith is coming out from the traditions of man.

Because of the above fact it has cause a lot of the doctrines of the whore to enter into the outer court of the church. Whore doctrine is flesh doctrine and ceremonial worship. The flesh or whore doctrine needs to be cut away from the true doctrine or seed of faith.

I know that I know in part and die daily to the knowledge of the carnal mind. We must however be willing to allow God to lead us into the truth. Pray for me that I be humble and not puffed up for it is God that gives faith and knowledge unto the righteous seed.

The Replacement Theologians have the same background, as do the others that have been previously mentioned. I thank God that there is a remnant in all of these groups that are children of faith and there is no fear that these will be deceived.

All of the children of promise and the seed of faith will be saved. God has been bringing his seed forth from all of the denominations. I truly mean all denominations and organizations have children of faith that are coming out and finding more truth, Catholic, Baptist, Independent Groups, Church of God, U.P.C.I. and etc.

(Eph 2:20 KJV) And are built upon the FOUNDATION OF THE APOSTLES and PROPHETS, JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF being the CHIEF CORNER STONE.

It was no building or tabernacle that drank the same SPIRITUAL drink and that ate the same SPIRITUAL meat. It was the children of faith that were the ones who were partakers of the body of Christ. (1 Cor 10:4 KJV) And did all drink the SAME SPIRITUAL DRINK: for they DRANK OF THAT SPIRITUAL ROCK that FOLLOWED THEM: and that ROCK WAS CHRIST.

May all open their blinded eyes and see that it was the saints and the prophets of old that was the church, the assembly, or the called out ones. It never was a tent in the wilderness or a building on Mount Moriah. These tents and buildings were only places to assemble and perform ceremonial worship through carnal ordinances.

It is sad to state but most of the so-called church buildings of today are used for the same purpose. God can be worshipped anywhere at anytime by a child of faith. When the children of faith gather together no matter were it is there is true heart worship that takes place. The true Assembly of God is the called out ones for they are the children of faith.

It is not a ceremonial worship of the flesh in a materialistic building that is suppose to be holy because it is marked by a wooden or painted cross. The people of God or the body of Christ are the true third temple that is being built by CHRIST OR THE BRANCH. This temple is made without hands and is not a place of flesh worship but a place of faith in Christ.

To say that Christ did not exist before he was incarnated in the man Jesus totally destroys what Paul wrote in Colossians: (Col 1:15 KJV) Who is the image of the invisible God, the FIRSTBORN OF EVERY CREATURE:

It is plain that Christ is God in spirit and is the firstborn of every man. Christ knew what image he would redeem man back to himself by. Adam was created in the physical image that God would take on as the second Adam, which is Jesus Christ. This body does not stop with just the one man Jesus but includes the whole body of Christ, Old and New Testament saints.

Christ is the first and the last and everything in between that has ever existed. In him man has always lived and moved and had his being. (Acts 17:28 KJV) For in him we LIVE, and MOVE, and HAVE OUR BEING; as certain also of your own poets have said, For WE ARE ALSO HIS OFFSPRING. We are the offspring of Christ and of God. It is the children of faith or the church assembly that has always been his image from the beginning. Adam lost that image becoming an unbeliever, the old man and a beast.

(Col 1:16 KJV) For BY HIM WERE ALL THINGS CREATED, that are in HEAVEN, and that are in EARTH, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: ALL THINGS WERE CREATED BY HIM, and FOR HIM:

Christ means the anointed one in spirit; God is this spirit of anointing or the Holy Ghost. Christ created all things by his spirit, which is the spirit of God. Christ or God created all things and they all were created by him and for him.

Any doctrine that teaches that Christ did not exist before his incarnation goes against everything that the Apostles taught. It is very sad that these men are trying to instruct others.

(Col 1:17 KJV) And HE IS BEFORE ALL THINGS, and BY HIM ALL THINGS CONSIST. This verse plainly states that HE (Christ or Messiah) was the first in creation and that he made all things.

(Col 1:18 KJV) And HE (CHRIST) is the HEAD of the BODY, the CHURCH: who is the BEGINNING, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. If we are one in Christ Jesus we were from the beginning in him when we accept the word. In the beginning of my Christian birth there was the word of God that was preached and it brought forth the flesh of Jesus Christ.

When the ceremonial law was abolished, by the one sacrifice of Jesus, there was no need for the temple. The temple on Mount Moriah never was the church, assembly or Israel of God.

The New Testament church did not replace the Old Testament church and do away with the saints of old. The old saints were made perfect through the new covenant and us. We become the one true Judaism priesthood of Christ Jesus. (Gal 3:7 KJV) Know ye therefore that they WHICH ARE OF FAITH, the same ARE THE CHILDREN OF ABRAHAM. We as the children of faith are the children of Abraham. Jesus Christ and his body the church are the righteous seed and the children of faith. (Heb 2:16 KJV) For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the SEED OF ABRAHAM.

I will use one more place in the word of God to show Christ or Messiah as God existed before his birth by the Virgin Mary. (1 Tim 3:16 KJV) And WITHOUT CONTROVERSY GREAT IS THE MYSTERY OF GODLINESS: GOD (CHRIST) was MANIFEST IN THE FLESH, JUSTIFIED IN THE SPIRIT, SEEN OF ANGELS, PREACHED UNTO THE GENTILES, BELIEVED ON IN THE WORLD, RECEIVED UP INTO GLORY.

This verse when it talks of God it is talking of Christ. If I follow the logic that Christ did not exist in the Old Covenant Church or Assembly then applying that same logic would mean since Jesus Christ is no longer a man Christ also is dead. Jesus Christ was, is, and is to come this is the mystery of God.

The very next verse: (1 Tim 4:1 KJV) Now the SPIRIT SPEAKETH EXPRESSLY, that in the LATTER TIMES SOME SHALL DEPART FROM THE FAITH, giving heed to SEDUCING SPIRITS, and DOCTRINES OF DEVILS.

Replacement Theology is a doctrine that will take you away from the true faith of the true Christ. This doctrine separates the body of Jesus Christ and tries to destroy part of the foundation of the Assembly or Church of God (THE PROPHETS). This doctrine is a seducing doctrine of devils. Pray for the ones that have been blinded by it and that their sight might be restored and that they realize that the ASSEMBLY, or CHURCH OF GOD was from the beginning since it is in Christ.

When Abraham was circumcised flesh was cut away marking him as a father of faith. Abraham had already showed his faith through the obedience that he gave unto God. In the church all flesh of the old man is destroyed leaving the ones that are of the seed of faith.

All men after the flesh want some sign or some mark that shows that they are God's chosen. The Jews have outward circumcision or the Star of David, the Christians need the sign of the cross, and the Moslems need prayer toward Mecca and the Crescent Moon. This kind of worship is of the flesh and not of faith. None of these symbols are holy or do they have the power to make one holy. The only holy thing that can be applied unto our lives that will make us holy is the blood of Jesus. No symbol, idol, or materialistic work of the flesh of the old man means anything to Christ.

The body of Moses that Satan contended for was the children of Israel, Assembly of God, the church, or the children of faith. We know it was not the actual flesh body of Moses because God buried Moses. (Deu 34:5 KJV) So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD. (Deu 34:6 KJV) And HE BURIED HIM IN A VALLEY IN THE LAND OF MOAB, over against Bethpeor: but no man knoweth of his sepulcher unto this day.

Satan wanted to destroy the children of faith. The children of Israel were baptized unto Moses and became the CHURCH IN THE WILDERNESS.

Moses was seen with Christ by his disciples: (Mat 17:3 KJV) And, behold, there appeared unto them MOSES and ELIAS talking with him.

Moses knew Christ long before this event described in Matthew because it was Christ as God that gave him the righteous law. Moses was a child of faith. (Heb 3:2 KJV) WHO WAS FAITHFUL to him that appointed him, as also MOSES WAS FAITHFUL IN ALL HIS HOUSE.
