From the "dark ages" of Christendom, brought about by the theories and ideas of men, utter confusion has been left in the minds of people concerning the truth about one God. Without the knowledge of the truth, which only comes to an honest heart by divine revelation, many have misunderstood the manifestations of God, and have tried to form a doctrine of three Persons or Deities. Therefore, many are confused by this false, erroneous, man-made doctrine called the "Trinity". Do not take mere theories and ideas of men; learn the truth about this important subject. "Hear, O Israel: the Lord our God is ONE LORD." Deut. 6:4. This commandment given to Israel is confirmed in the New Testament (Mark 12:29) and must be obeyed by all Christians today. "Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well; the devils also believe, and tremble." James 2:19. "God is a Spirit..." John 4:24. "No man hath seen God at any time..." John 1:18. Jesus speaking to Phillip "He who has seen me has seen the father..." Jn:14:9.

Throughout the history of man, God, the invisible Spirit, has revealed Himself to man through various manifestations. Although there have been many manifestations of God throughout the history of man, the Scriptures teach us that there are basically three offices or positions in which God has manifested himself. These three manifestations are a revelation of his plan of redemption for mankind, his authority, and his attributes. These three offices of manifestation (or attributes of his deity) are: God the Father in creation, God the Son (coming as Jesus) in redemption, and God the Holy Ghost in emanation (emanation defined as the spirit of Christ going forth) to indwell the body of the New Testament Church on the Day of Pentecost, thus sealing the promise "it is finished". This same spirit being the spirit of God dwelling in the Tabernacle of the OT. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily - Col:2:9. Until Christ fulfilled his ministry, finished his work, ascended into Glory, then sent forth his spirit, there was no fullness of the Holy Spirit to dwell in the tabernacle of men. There is now for all those who are born of his spirit, the Holy Ghost, the spirit of Christ dwelling in the tabernacle of men.
