From the natural pattern of the Tabernacle we will learn the way that God wants his spiritual habitation to be built, which is the church. The church is the permanent dwelling place or Temple of God where as the Tabernacle was just a temporary dwelling place. What we must realize as fact is that the Tabernacle, Temple, and the one church of God all are constructed by the one pattern and plan of God that was given unto Moses.
As the pattern of the Tabernacle was precise and was not to be changed, in the
natural, neither are we to change the spiritual pattern that was given unto us
through Moses and the prophets. We are not to be conformed to the ways of the
world. (Rom 12:2 KJV) And BE NOT CONFORMED TO THIS WORLD: but BE YE
TRANSFORMED BY THE RENEWING OF YOUR MIND, that ye may prove what is that good,
and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Too many that profess Christianity
are adapting the standards of the church to meet the standards of this world.
This changes the spiritual pattern of the habitation of God and when the pattern
of God's habitation is changed God will not live there.
You will find no place in the word of God where it is stated that since the
pagans and the heathen were sincere, in what they believed, that their religion
and their beliefs would be accepted by God. Neither was the Tabernacle of God
built in Egypt, nor did it resemble any pyramid or building of Pharaoh's.
Moses was educated in the ways of Egypt and was familiar with their architecture
and could have built the Tabernacle accordingly. The Egyptians built their
cities and the great pyramids unto their pharaohs. These pyramids were
magnificent monuments of architecture outwardly, but the inside was stone and
tombs for the bones of dead men. The Tabernacle of Moses would not be
spectacular on the outside but it would be spectacular on the inside.
God commanded Moses explicitly not to change the pattern of the Tabernacle in
any manner. Now God has commanded us not to change the doctrine that he taught
the Apostles because it contains the same spiritual vision and pattern of the
prophets as to how the habitation of God is to be built. This is the reason why
Jesus started with Moses and the law and taught the disciples the oracles of
God. (Luke 24:27 KJV) And BEGINNING AT MOSES AND ALL THE PROPHETS, he
EXPOUNDED unto them in ALL THE SCRIPTURES THE THINGS CONCERNING HIMSELF.
If you want large crowds, quick growth, and acceptance of the denominations then
change the pattern of God and you will fit in with the majority of the world.
However you will only build another beautiful temple of Herod in the spiritual.
It will only be a den of thieves and robbers. (John 2:16 KJV) And said unto
them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an
house of merchandise. If you build your Tabernacle in Egypt or build it to
suit the world God will not dwell there.
Our vision must be of God and not of this world. Satanic people have visions but
they serve another Jesus, not the Jesus Messiah of the holy word. People perish
where there is no vision from God. (Prov 29:18 KJV) Where there is NO VISION,
the PEOPLE PERISH: but he that KEEPETH THE LAW, HAPPY IS HE. Make sure that
your vision is from God and not of the carnal spirit of the old man. (Deu
13:1 KJV) If there arise among you A PROPHET, or a DREAMER OF DREAMS, and GIVETH
THEE A SIGN OR A WONDER, (Deu 13:2 KJV) And the SIGN OR THE WONDER COME TO
PASS, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which
thou hast not known, and let us serve them; (Deu 13:3 KJV) THOU SHALT NOT
HEARKEN UNTO THE WORDS OF THAT PROPHET, or that DREAMER OF DREAMS: for the
LORD YOUR GOD PROVETH YOU, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with
all your heart and with all your soul. (Deu 13:4 KJV) Ye SHALL WALK AFTER THE
LORD YOUR GOD, and FEAR HIM, and KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS, and OBEY HIS VOICE, and
YE SHALL SERVE HIM, and CLEAVE UNTO HIM. (Deu 13:5 KJV) And that PROPHET, OR
THAT DREAMER OF DREAMS, SHALL BE PUT TO DEATH; because he hath spoken to turn
you away from the LORD your God, WHICH BROUGHT YOU OUT OF THE LAND OF EGYPT, and
REDEEMED YOU out of the HOUSE OF BONDAGE, to thrust thee out of the way which
the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from
the midst of thee.
All true prophets of God have the same vision that all the prophets of God have
always had. That vision is to build the Habitation of God according to the
pattern that was given by God unto Moses and the prophets. The vision of God's
prophets has not changed. These true prophets are building the Habitation of God
by the pattern of God. They are not building according to the pattern of this
world and her carnal denominations of another Jesus. We, the saints of God, have
been separated from the world and have come out of Egypt and have come out of
Babylon. (Rev 18:4 KJV) And I heard another voice from heaven, saying,
COME OUT OF HER, MY PEOPLE, THAT YE BE NOT PARTAKERS OF HER SINS, and that
ye receive not of her plagues.
There is no fear of some as to how they build the Habitation of God. They do not
build according to the pattern that was given unto us by the apostles and the
prophets, and by the head of the body, the cornerstone, which is Jesus Christ.
(1 Cor 3:10 KJV) According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as A WISE
MASTER BUILDER, I have LAID THE FOUNDATION, and another buildeth thereon. But
LET EVERY MAN TAKE HEED HOW HE BUILDETH THEREUPON.
The Tabernacle of Moses is one of the most important subjects in the Word of
God. It is not a topic to be taken lightly. God gave his oracles unto the Jews
that were of great advantage unto the Jews.
(Rom 3:1 KJV) WHAT ADVANTAGE then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of
circumcision? (Rom 3:2) MUCH EVERY WAY: chiefly, because that UNTO
THEM WERE COMMITTED THE ORACLES OF GOD.
Jesus sat down his disciples and taught them the oracles of God starting with
Moses and the law. Because many so-called apostles, teachers, evangelists,
prophets and pastors of the new covenant church of today do not know these basic
truths of God; these men are on spiritual milk and unable to eat the spiritual
meat that they should be feeding upon.
These studies are going to be of great value to all of us. They are studies of
major value and importance in our Christian walk with God. They bring a greater
understanding of the body of Christ Jesus and how that one body of Jesus Christ
is suppose to operate and function.
We have knowledge that fifty chapters in the word of God are filled with the
teachings that revolve around the Tabernacle of Moses. By the shear knowledge of
the amount of information concerning the Tabernacle of Moses we realize its
importance as a schoolmaster to bring us to the Revelation of Jesus Christ and
the oneness of the church.
No other topic is talked about in the scriptures more than the Tabernacle in the
wilderness, but we know it all reveals Jesus unto us. (John 5:39 KJV) SEARCH
THE SCRIPTURES; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and THEY ARE THEY,
WHICH TESTIFY OF ME.
Much of the book of Hebrews is written around the theme of the Tabernacle of
Moses. This teaches us that the Tabernacle of Moses was a pattern, a visual aid
as it were of spiritual things. The book of Revelation speaks of the furniture
in the Tabernacle. It is not possible to understand the book of Revelation
without a working knowledge of the Tabernacle.
In
your readings of the book of Revelation you find altars, the ark and the
candlestick. The book of Revelation has been written to the people of God who
should know about the oracles of God consisting of the types and shadows of
Christ. The oracles of God were given to us through the Old Testament in order
that the church may be able to comprehend what are the breadth, length, depth,
and height of the oneness of God through the full knowledge of the oneness of
the Son of God, which is the completed church. The patterns or types and shadows
that are in the Old Testament are physical, visual aids of spiritual truths. The
Tabernacle of Moses is a very strong and precise picture of spiritual things.
Our intentions, through Christ Jesus, will be to take each truth and get the
spiritual knowledge that Christ intended it to reveal unto the body of God.
We will start with these verses: (Exo 24:15 KJV) And Moses WENT UP INTO THE
MOUNT, and A CLOUD COVERED THE MOUNT. (Exo 24:16 KJV) Now the GLORY OF THE LORD
RESTED ON MOUNT SINAI, and the CLOUD COVERED IT SIX DAYS. And on the SEVENTH DAY
HE CALLED TO MOSES OUT OF THE MIDST OF THE CLOUD. (Exo 24:17 KJV) The sight of
the GLORY OF THE LORD WAS LIKE A CONSUMING FIRE on the top of the mountain in
the eyes of the children of Israel. (Exo 24:18 KJV) So Moses WENT INTO THE MIDST
OF THE CLOUD and went up into the mountain. And Moses was ON THE MOUNTAIN
FORTY DAYS AND FORTY NIGHTS.
Just about everybody knows that Moses was forty days and forty nights in the
company of God. What really happened in those forty days is what should be of
interest to the body of God. Many do not think on these things nor try and find
out through the study of the word the depth of the events of the Old Testament;
therefore there is a lack of knowledge concerning these happenings.
The Lord during this forty-day period on Mount Sinai gave Moses the pattern of
the Tabernacle along with the law. More than just the law was given unto Moses
during the forty days that Moses spent in the Mount of Sinai. The twenty-fifth
chapter of Exodus unto the thirtieth chapter of Exodus gives us the details of
this event. God gave Moses the pattern for his house or the church of the living
God. God wanted to dwell among his people. In the twenty-fifth chapter of Exodus
in the eighth verse it states: And let them make ME A SANCTUARY that I
may dwell among them.
God wanted a house where he could dwell among his people so God gave them the
instructions to build the tabernacle.
God conveyed unto Moses the pattern of the tabernacle that the children of
Israel were to receive. This pattern would be the schoolmaster that would bring
the one body of God unto the knowledge of Jesus Christ and the knowledge of the
one Son and one body of that son. (Exodus 25:40) And see to it that you make
them according to the PATTERN, which was SHOWN YOU ON THE MOUNTAIN.
There was a pattern that was not to be changed for the construction, a pattern
for the different compartments, and a pattern for all of the furniture.
Everything was to be made according to the pattern. Not one single thing was to
be changed or made by Moses that would change God's pattern or plan.
When we look in the New Testament we see that the Church is being built today in
the Spirit by the same pattern that was given unto Moses. This statement is
proven by what is taught and stated in the New Testament in the eighth chapter
of Hebrews. We learn from Hebrews that the Tabernacle represented heavenly
things and was the visual picture of God's dwelling place. The understanding of
the natural realm always comes first and from the understanding of the natural
things the spiritual things of God are understood. (1 Cor 15:46 KJV) Howbeit
that was NOT FIRST WHICH IS SPIRITUAL, but THAT WHICH IS NATURAL;
and AFTERWARD THAT WHICH IS SPIRITUAL. Everything that we are going
to study about the tabernacle, in the natural will give us a picture of
something true in the spiritual.
These studies will help us see that the doctrines that teach the dualism of the
Godhead and that teach Trinity theology are in error. These studies will reveal
that the division of the one body of God, the one seed of God, the one bride of
God, the one Son of God, and that the division of the one church of God is also
in error. These studies will prove that the Old Testament saints and the New
Testament saints are all the one church and one body of Jesus Christ. This
oneness doctrine is the true oneness faith that is taught in the word of God.
Understand that heavenly things or spiritual things are not to be comprehended
as a far distant place or that Jesus lives in a heaven that is million or
billions of miles away. The kingdom of God has come and Jesus Christ being the
Holy Ghost and the father of us all is living within us. We live in the spirit
and become the bones, flesh, and mind of Christ Jesus here on earth. We bring
the word being the spiritual priest and instructors of the spiritual things of
God here on earth. We are dwelling in, living in, and performing the spiritual
acts of the priesthood everyday. Presently we are seated together in heaven with
Christ. (Eph 2:6 KJV) And hath raised us up together, and MADE US SIT
TOGETHER IN HEAVENLY PLACES in Christ Jesus.
How can I be in this physical body of flesh and be seated with Jesus Christ in
heavenly places ruling with him? I am in this world but I am not of this world.
My citizenship is in heaven where we rule and reign with him as the one body of
Christ. We are set over our spiritual house and over our wives and children
ruling through Christ Jesus over the sin that would kill. (1 Tim 3:5 KJV) For
if a man
KNOW NOT HOW TO RULE HIS OWN HOUSE, how shall he TAKE CARE OF THE
CHURCH OF GOD? We are judges and judgment starts at the house of God.
(1 Cor 2:15 KJV) But HE THAT IS SPIRITUAL JUDGETH ALL THINGS, yet he
himself is judged of no man.
We are of the body of Christ now being anointed through the Holy Ghost being the
one collective body of the one Son of God that rules over sin here on earth. We,
the church, have become the covering cherub that the first Adam once was. Adam
was placed over everything that was in heaven, the paradise of God, and was only
second to God. We bind the powers of Satan, the old man, in heaven, the church,
or in the paradise of God ruling what takes place in heaven. (Mat 16:19 KJV)
And I will give unto thee the KEYS OF THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN: and WHATSOEVER
THOU SHALT BIND ON EARTH SHALL BE BOUND IN HEAVEN: and WHATSOEVER THOU
SHALT LOOSE ON EARTH SHALL BE LOOSED IN HEAVEN. We do these things now
as the church always has.
(Eph 2:19 KJV) Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but
FELLOW CITIZENS WITH THE SAINTS, and of THE HOUSEHOLD OF GOD; (Eph 2:20
KJV) And are BUILT UPON THE FOUNDATION OF THE APOSTLES AND PROPHETS,
Jesus Christ himself being THE CHIEF CORNER STONE. The church started
when this first stone was laid. This stone was laid in the beginning from the
foundation of the world. This stone is God our beloved Jesus Christ that spoke
the universe into existence. This stone is the spirit of God not the natural
flesh of the son or of man. Col 1:18 KJV) And he is the head of the body, the
church: WHO IS THE BEGINNING, the firstborn from the dead; that in all
things he might have the preeminence. This is why we know that the one
church started in the beginning from the very foundations of the earth. If you
believe that Jesus is God you then realize that the cornerstone was from the
beginning being God. This is part of the revelation of the oneness of God that
will be revealed through the study of the tabernacle of Moses.
We are born again into the kingdom of God, we sit in heavenly places, the
holiest of all is within us, and we have become a member of the body of the one
Son of God. So when we are looking at physical pictures of spiritual truths, we
need to realize that the physical tabernacle of Moses that was built in the
wilderness was a pattern of God's spiritual building or his people, which we
are! We are the son and body of Jesus Christ the church that is walking here
upon the earth. How many of you know that we are the spiritual house of God? And
that house is one house without any division whatsoever. God lives not in a
building made with hands of natural flesh or that is made out of mortar and
brick, but God lives in his people, which have become his habitation.
You cannot divide the word; if you do you divide Christ Jesus, the body, and the
one Son of God. It was the word (CHRIST) that was given to us from the mouths of
the prophets of old. (2 Pet 1:21 KJV) For the prophecy came not in old time
by the will of man: but HOLY MEN OF GOD SPAKE as they were MOVED BY
THE HOLY GHOST. This same word became flesh and was born of a virgin
becoming the very image of God manifested in the flesh unto the world. That
manifestation is still being displayed through his body, as we become members of
his body, the word regenerates us and we become bone of his bones and flesh of
his flesh.
When we study the Tabernacle of Moses that was made in the physical, we see
types and shadows and real spiritual truths of what is true of us as the
habitation and the spiritual temple of God. We realize the house of God is not
of the carnal religious traditions of men. We can tell which ones have the
spiritual revelation of God by where they are living in the spiritual realm. It
is easy to distinguish whether people are caught up in man's tradition and their
carnal minds by the way that they discern the spiritual truths of scripture.
The more traditions of men, the less oneness of God that we see, and the more
that we follow the rudiments of this world reveals that we do not have our
senses fully exercised to understand the oracles of God that was given unto the
prophets of old. When we do not have the understanding of the oracles of God we
live in a lower dimension of spiritual revelation and have need of milk and not
meat. (Heb 5:12 KJV) For when for the time ye OUGHT TO BE TEACHERS, ye
have
NEED THAT ONE TEACH YOU AGAIN which be the FIRST PRINCIPLES OF THE
ORACLES OF GOD; and are BECOME SUCH AS HAVE NEED OF MILK, and
NOT OF STRONG MEAT.
We need to be established in the types and the shadows of the oracles of God.
These truths were among the first things that Jesus taught the disciples.
Because we do not know the oracles of God many of us are still influenced by the
teachings of false prophets, which deceive us as to what the true depth of the
oneness of God is in every aspect of God. (Luke 24:27 KJV) And BEGINNING
AT MOSES and all THE PROPHETS, HE EXPOUNDED UNTO THEM IN ALL THE
SCRIPTURES the THINGS CONCERNING HIMSELF. Jesus expounded in all
of the scriptures of old the things concerning himself, which is what needs to
be done today.
(Acts 7:38 KJV) This is HE, THAT WAS IN THE CHURCH IN THE
WILDERNESS with the angel which SPAKE TO HIM IN THE MOUNT SINA, and
with OUR FATHERS: who
RECEIVED THE LIVELY ORACLES TO GIVE UNTO US. This verse plainly
states: that he
(JESUS) was in the church in the wilderness, not a different church, but
the one church of God.
The oracles of God was given to us through the prophets of old so that all of
the body of Christ or Son of God could be perfected and completed by
understanding the pattern of the tabernacle of Moses. The prophets of old
without us are not perfected or completed neither are we complete or perfected
without part of the foundation that are the prophets of old, which we are built
upon.
(Heb 11:40 KJV) God having provided some BETTER THING FOR US, that THEY
WITHOUT US SHOULD NOT BE MADE PERFECT. They are perfected and completed
through the same body, the same God, and the same Jesus Christ as we are, which
is the one body of the Son of God.
The house that God is building is for him to live in. Jesus, the one God, lives
in his people and fills them with his spirit the Holy Ghost. Each and every one
of us is a stone in that one habitation or building of God. We are one building
just as we are that one body of the Son of God that is made up of many members.
We, the church, are one with God being that virgin woman of revelation, the
bride of Christ Jesus, which brings forth the Son of God, but that woman came
forth from the side of the man Jesus Messiah.
We are a collective unit made up of all of the saints of the old covenant and
the new covenant that have been bridged together by God, Jesus Christ, or that
one spirit of the Holy Ghost to become the one church, habitation, or dwelling
place of the living God of Israel the one nation of God. (Eph 2:21 KJV) In
whom all the building FITLY FRAMED TOGETHER GROWETH unto an HOLY
TEMPLE IN THE LORD. The temple of God is still growing and enlarging
itself.
The natural Israel after the flesh of ungodly ways was given a bill of
divorcement, not the spiritual Israel of God that consist of all of the saints
of God. By flesh we are gentiles and have no part in the Kingdom of God but
through spiritual adoptions we become Jews. (Rom 2:29 KJV) BUT HE IS A JEW,
which is ONE INWARDLY; and CIRCUMCISION IS THAT OF THE HEART, in THE
SPIRIT, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
Ones who think that Jesus our Lord ever divorced the saints of old that were
filled with the Holy Ghost have not rightly divided the word. Israel after the
flesh of the carnal mind was given a bill of divorcement and has become
spiritual gentiles; therefore the gentiles who have become spiritual Jews have
replaced them. The spiritual gentile branches that are Jews in the flesh have
been broken off and we the spiritual Jews that are gentiles in the flesh have
been grafted into that one tree of life, which is Jesus Christ. (Rev 2:9 KJV)
I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know
the blasphemy of them, WHICH SAY THEY ARE JEWS, AND ARE NOT, but
ARE THE SYNAGOGUE OF SATAN. (Rev 3:9 KJV) Behold, I will make them of the
synagogue of Satan, which SAY THEY ARE JEWS, AND ARE NOT, BUT DO LIE;
behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I
have loved thee.
Replacement theology that teaches we have replaced all of Israel including the
spiritual branches, which consist of the prophets of old, have missed the mark
and do not understand the oracles of God. These men have no understanding of the
oracles of God and the types and shadows of the Tabernacle. They do not have the
revelation of Jesus Christ and the full oneness of God.
God is building a house for himself to live in, but what tremendous blessings we
receive because he lives within us. Jesus lives within us and gives us gifts of
the spirit. These gifts are blessing of joy and are unspeakable and full of
glory.
But there is more to life then just being blessed and receiving gifts. There
comes a time when the gifts that you have been so excited about receiving give
way to a hunger to know the giver your husband Jesus Christ. When Abraham's
servant was drawing the bride, Rebecca to Isaac, she was drawn unto him through
the gifts that he brought her. Abraham's servant was repeating all of the time
that these gifts were of Isaac. Rebecca received raiment, jewels of gold and
jewels of silver, distinctive of all the gifts that the church is receiving
while we are being drawn to Christ. The gifts were not the ultimate objective.
The gifts were used to articulate what would happen to her when she got to Isaac
her husband. The gifts were of Isaac but they were not Isaac himself just as the
gifts of the spirit can be signs of the Holy Ghost, but are not the Holy Ghost
within themselves, because Satan has the same signs and gifts.
I have a hunger to know King Jesus because I love him more than the treasures
and gifts of this world. The church is still growing and it is in various stages
of spiritual development. Some have never tasted of the new wine of Pentecost,
but once we have tasted the wine we must want the King more than the wine.
(Song 1:4 KJV) Draw me, we will run after thee: the king hath brought me into
his chambers: we will be glad and rejoice in thee, WE WILL REMEMBER THY LOVE
MORE THAN WINE: the upright love thee.
And there are some who are very satisfied with just tasting of the new wine of
Pentecost. Some are only interested in the gifts, and the blessings of God. It
is the same spirit of Christmas that promotes the receiving of gifts and has
nothing to do with knowing Jesus Christ in his power.
Praise God! There are others who have tasted of this new wine and allows the
gifts or blessings make them crave and starve to know the Lord and savior Jesus
Christ in a deeper way. I have tasted of that new wine and of that spirit and
now crave to become one with my husband fully knowing him in every way. I am
hungry for a deeper more intimate relationship with the King my husband. I pray
that all can relate to what is being said and have that same desire.
This is why we need to allow the spirit of God to teach us and draw us into that
deeper relationship with God until we come to the full stature of Christ Jesus.
(Eph 4:13 KJV) Till WE ALL COME IN THE UNITY OF THE FAITH, and of the
KNOWLEDGE OF THE SON OF GOD, unto a
PERFECT MAN, unto the measure of the STATURE OF THE FULNESS OF CHRIST.
The knowledge of the Son of God is knowing that the Son of God is one body made
up of many members and that the body is unified in faith having the same mind of
Christ. The stature of the fullness of Christ consists of the body of Christ
being the one Son of God, which is all of the saints in heaven and in earth that
rules the kingdom of God.
The Church of Jesus Christ is being brought today to a place where the very
manifested presence of God can be brought into its fullness. We are his
habitation and his place of abiding. What keeps ones from coming into this
awareness of his presence? It is false doctrine, lack of knowledge, and
spiritual battles that keeps God's people out of hearing distance.
Can you see the building that we are growing into? The building and the
habitation of God is a growing entity, body, and unit. The habitation grows unto
a holy temple in the Lord becoming the one body and Son of God that the Holy
Ghost our father lives in. We are growing into the temple or body of God;
remember that we are not going to the temple or church we are the church that is
still growing. We are becoming the completed house and upon the completion of
that house the Son-Ship of God will end and God will become all in all.
The building is still under construction. When Jesus said: (Mat 16:18 KJV)
And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and UPON THIS ROCK I WILL
BUILD MY CHURCH; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. The
rock is the revelation of who Jesus Christ is: the Holy Ghost or our father must
reveal unto us who the son is. (Mat 16:15 KJV) He saith unto them, But
WHOM SAY YE THAT I AM? (Mat 16:16 KJV) And Simon Peter answered and said,
THOU
ART THE CHRIST, THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD. (Mat 16:17 KJV) And Jesus
answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for FLESH AND
BLOOD HATH NOT REVEALED IT UNTO THEE, but MY FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN.
The book of Revelation is the revelation of Jesus Christ, the completed body,
the fullness of Christ, and Son-Ship of God. Jesus being God is the head of this
body and we being the members of the body of God have the prophecy of the book
of Revelation take place in us, the church. It is not the end time carnal
natural events that all men who do not have the revelation of Jesus Christ are
preaching. As all false prophets in the word of God agreed having the same
message for their day so does the prophecy of the false prophets of today agree
in their carnality.
Just as Jesus told Peter that he was blessed because he had received the
revelation from the Holy Ghost as to whom he was; Revelation tells us that we
are blessed because we receive the same revelation that Peter received. Every
single saint that has read and kept the prophecy of the Book of Revelation has
been blessed all down through time.
We, the saints, know and keep the revelation of Jesus Christ. We do this because
we are one with Jesus being the body and Son of God. (Rev 1:3 KJV) BLESSED
IS HE THAT READETH, and they that HEAR THE WORDS OF THIS PROPHECY,
and KEEP THOSE THINGS WHICH
ARE WRITTEN THEREIN: for the time is at hand. You are not blessed
because you read the book of Revelation, but you are blessed because you
HEAR THE WORDS AND KEEP THE PROPHECY of that book. By hearing and
keeping the prophesy of the revelation of Jesus Christ you do the will of your
heavenly father and perform his works and not the works of the flesh.
There are many members but only one body and habitation of God, which is the
tabernacle of God. This is the lesson that we learn from the oracles of God by
studying the pattern of the Tabernacle of Moses. (Eph 2:22 KJV) In whom ye
also are BUILDED TOGETHER for a HABITATION OF GOD THROUGH THE SPIRIT.
We want to put special emphasis on the fact that it states we are built together
as one building, which simple means we are one body, and one son. God's dwelling
place is in his one son, the church.
We are going to take a journey through the Word of God and find a pattern for
Gods house, Gods dwelling place, and Gods temple. (1 Chr 17:5 KJV) For I
have not dwelt in an house since the day that I brought up Israel unto this day;
but have GONE FROM TENT TO TENT, and
FROM ONE TABERNACLE TO ANOTHER. With this verse starts the prophecy
that God will have a house and his son, the Messiah, the Son of God, will build
that house.
Lets look at the tents or the tabernacle and see if we can see a pattern. The
purpose of God in this hour is so important. We have to know what the Lord is
doing by the SPIRIT and not essentially by what most of the church is saying
today from the understandings of carnal knowledge. God has always done most of
his works without the knowledge of the majority of the people being aware of it.
Religious people have been caught most of the time off guard when God moves.
Israel many times, as a whole, was thinking one way when God definitely was
thinking another. Only a few of the prophets or seers knew what God really was
doing and what he was going to do. Israel did not listen to the prophets and the
majority that was looking for Jesus, the Messiah, to come missed the event all
together. The natural nation of Israel is still looking for the Messiah to come.
These are blind and although the law and the prophets was given unto them they
never understood and still do not understand the oracles of God. Although the
word of God was made flesh and dwelled among them being the Messiah they missed
him. (John 8:19 KJV) Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus
answered, YE NEITHER KNOW ME, NOR MY FATHER: if ye HAD KNOWN ME,
ye SHOULD HAVE KNOWN MY FATHER ALSO.
Everyone thought that they knew how he was coming and what he was going to do.
They thought that his kingdom would be of this world because they were not lead
by the spirit. They disregarded the words of the men of God that knew. All of
the religious leaders and prominent people agreed. There was only one prophet
that was crying in the wilderness prepare ye the way of the Lord. Does all of
this sound familiar to us?
John the Baptist was preaching another message that was not popular and it
surely was not agreeing with the majority of the so-called men of God. We that
have the message of today from God are not being heard and the majority is
overlooking the revelation of Jesus Christ.
Another transition is about to take place and it is an important one. History
always has repeated itself and kingdoms have risen and have fallen. According to
the word of God there will be a man that will deceive the whole world and the
countries, religions, and peoples of the world are coming together at a fast
rate. Everyone believes they are aware of the Anti-Christ and the mark of the
beast, but are ignorant to world historical events, and the truths of the book
of Revelation.
All of the prominent people of today have it all figured out just as Israel had
the coming of the Messiah all figured out. As it was then it is now and most
people are wrong about how the end time events will transpire. Why, because most
people are not flexible to what the Spirit is saying to the church. How do we
know what God is going to do? There are patterns all the way through the word of
God that shows us God's plan and all we have to do is discern it through the
spirit and become seers that see what the seers of old saw. We must understand
the oracles of God that was given so that we can see what God's plan is for the
habitation that he is building.
Go to the word of God that was wrote for us, wrote to us and seek the direction
of the Holy Ghost. It is a promise from the Lord that we will find his way and
his plan for us. If we have eyes to see there are pictures, in the word of God,
that are maps to show us the way. The true prophets and children of God call
these maps patterns that are symbolic but they can be seen and read by the seers
or God's prophets of today.
God's first dwelling place was a man named Adam. God formed him from the dust of
the earth, breathed into his nostrils and Adam became a living soul. God placed
life into this man or part of himself, because only God is life. (John 6:35
KJV) And Jesus said unto them, I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE: he that cometh to me
shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. Jesus
our God is the tree of life that all must eat from in order to live. There is
only life in Christ Jesus.
Genesis is a great book of spiritual truths. Through the understanding of the
creation we understand the Godhead and the oneness of God. (Rom 1:20 KJV) For
the INVISIBLE THINGS of him
FROM THE CREATION OF THE WORLD ARE CLEARLY SEEN, being UNDERSTOOD BY
THE THINGS THAT ARE MADE, even his ETERNAL POWER AND GODHEAD; so that
they are without excuse:
The first teachings of any subject is of major importance because it reveals the
basic foundation for the truth of that subject to stand upon. If you learn math
you should learn the tables of math, if you learn to read or spell, the phonics
should be learned. Our educational system is in great shambles because the
foundations of subjects are not laid by being learned.
Let us examine the basic facts of what we learn from Genesis about where God
wanted to dwell. Adam was created in the likeness of God and had no sin. God
walked in the midst of the garden as he also walks in the midst of the church.
God had communion with Adam walking and talking with him. God's first desire has
always been to live in the midst of man and to dwell there. God has always
wanted man to be his habitation and his tabernacle. This is a fact since God is
God and the creator; the Lord gets what he wants.
We will find that Genesis is the first book in the word that becomes the last
and that the book of Revelation will become first. Going to revelation we find
the garden, paradise, and the tree of life, which is Jesus. We also find in
chapter twenty-one that New Jerusalem descends out of heaven and that the
Tabernacle of God is with men. (Rev 21:3 KJV) And I heard a great voice out
of heaven saying, Behold, the TABERNACLE OF GOD IS WITH MEN, and HE
WILL DWELL WITH THEM, and they shall be his people, and GOD HIMSELF SHALL BE
WITH THEM, and BE THEIR GOD. What was lost through Adam we gain back through
Jesus Christ becoming his body and God's dwelling place. We become the one body
of God and the Son of God his habitation and the tabernacle of God. Praise God
Almighty! He is dwelling in us now and we have communion with him and he walks
and talks with us.
When Adam sinned God moved out and did not dwell there, but that was just the
beginning of the plan of God. He told Moses in Exodus build me a tabernacle
because I want to dwell among man again in the garden of God.
